How do you handle confidentiality and data security? +

NDA before any access, work performed in your own systems (your Google Workspace, your CRM) under accounts you control and can revoke, password managers for credentials, and no data stored on personal devices. For bookkeeping support we work view/entry-level — approvals stay with you.

What tools do you work with? +

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Notion, Asana, Trello, HubSpot, QuickBooks (entry support), Excel/Sheets at advanced level, and we learn your internal tools during onboarding week.

What time zone do you work in? +

Guatemala is on US Central Time year-round, so we overlap naturally with US business hours — your assistant is online when you are, not answering overnight.
